How do I cancel my broadband to go else where as I refuse to reopen my direct debit for my WiFi if they won’t fix the problem I’m having and still not fixed the problem so I would just prefer to go else where now.

By "grey cable" do you mean the cable from the router to the phone socket/filter?
I think TalkTalk would generally just send you a full new router with all the accessories rather than a singe cable but I'm curious why you don't just buy one from a shop or the many online retailers?

The problem is my grey cable is broken and I’ve phoned for a replacement weeks ago still haven’t received it I then phoned back and had been told it would be resolved it’s now another 2 weeks down the line and still not got it so I rather just change suppliers than keep phoning everyday to not get anywhere
