My router is not working

Hello, my router is not working properly. For a few days the ethernet ports are not working anymore. I tried reset and nothing. How can I get a new router?

internet via wifi works and everything. only the ports don't work anymore

Staff are not on here at the weekend, @Patrutalex.

 

Coming from forum support, receiving the router is pretty quick  - you're not yet at 48 hours. However one can be at the mercy of the delivery company. 

 

Talktalk phone/Chat support actually gives a longer wait time than this to cover eventualities.
