Hi I got wireless security cameras I've had nearly 12 months ran no problems .now I keep getting message network unstable .I have put WiFi to diff channels trying to eliminate error .l have to reboot app also ive reset router .I rang talk talk. A tech.agent fiddled around now it's worse.. any one got any ideas ?

Hi thanks .last night I lost all WiFi on 2.4ghz band
Router says it's broadcasting but nothing to anything upon 2.4 band
Do u think router faulty ?

We could try disabling wifi optimisation, this will stop the wireless channel changing automatically and allow you to manually select your own wifi channel. If you'd like us to do this please let us know

Hi after bit more help .I've noticed red light on router couple times this afternoon changes to white ..just tried to add another camera to system .I'm doing wirelessly .camera is right next to router just to test .error message can not join network check password .I know it's ok .move camera nearer it's right next to router

Hi I see message on camera app home page in go on to view says network unstable also as a thought you tube takes a while to load on smart TV just rotating circle .TV is ethernet connected by doing speed test I've noticed really slow speeds
