This morning I signed up to TT broadband. I booked to engineer date but later found out that my wife is on a night shift the night before so will be sleeping, so i needed to change the date.
I have rung multiple numbers getting stuck with automated phone lines going round and around in circles unable to do what I want to do or talk to a human. I eventually talked to a human that couldn't help me who gave me one of the numbers I have already phoned
This is totally unacceptable so I don't want to use a company with such appalling customer service but of course can't talk to anyone to do this.
The Irony of the company name would be funny if I wasn't so cross
