Hi,

I have just received my new broadband hub and it is blinking orange only. I cannot get it to connect to the internet

You need to complete your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar; settings. Add your Talktalk phone number or account number etc in Personal Information. Scroll down further to find the SAVE CHANGES button.
