HEy where the hell is private chat ? i dont want to discuss this in public !!! Dont you have some sort of customer support after so many years ?
Anyway, i never got any new router but you keep sending me @mail warnings that i might lose the serivce if i wont connect it, you cant be real ?
So did you even get confirmation that i did receive it ?
SEnd it properly if its free, if its not , oh well there are other providers that wont treat their customers like *@#][!![]'#[@#]!* and bum their prices by 100% while new customers get broadband cheaper , thats how you treat loyal customers huh ?
