Hi,

 

I ordered future fibre on 23rd August and was given a go live date of 14th September. 

 

A BT engineer turned up a few days before looked in my garage and said, I don't know how to do this and someone else will turn up. So no appointments no communication. Some one turned up 8 days ago but I wasn't in and my wife was working. 

 

I have been chatting with talk talk via the website, I keep getting told its being escalated then I receive a text with when I'll receive an update.  This has happened 5 times now. Nothing seems to be happening and I'm at the end of my tether with it.

 

My current contract is coming to and end within a week and I'll end up going onto double the rate while I wait for talktalk. I thought I'd done it all with plenty of time to spare.

 

Please help!

OK thanks. Are you migrating from another provider or are you an existing TalkTalk customer?
