My old router is failing. Have been through resetting it with tech. Still cutting out all the time. Can you send me a new router please? How long does it take?

Yes, but you just plug the new router and cable into the master socket. The new wireless password will be on the sticker on the back of the new router.

I'm sorry to hear this.

 

I've ordered a replacement router for testing, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

 

Let us know how the connection compares with this router.
