Our router is an original from Post Office. We have never had a new one since 2016! Our signal is not great being out in the sticks and I feel sure an up to date router would help. You just sent me an email saying my router was no longer receiving updates. Hope you can help.

Thanks. Your connection looks stable with a low error count and sync speed looks OK. Are you experiencing any specific problems with your broadband service?
