Hi,
I'm on the Fibre 65 package.
We had our main socket relocated on Monday 24th October, prior to this download speeds were 60MB+. Ever since the signal quality has been really poor, unless I'm stood right next to the router the download speeds are really poor and I have been experiencing packet loss also.
Below is a screenshot of the broadband parameters, I believe the download Noise margin should be 6dB or more? Would this explain why the download speed is being affected so much? As the upload speed is always fine when tested.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
