No Internet Since Sunday 8th December. Help Please.

Hello

My internet has been out since Sunday 8th December
Flashing Amber Light on Router
three or four green lights on the small box on the wall
Have tried turning off/ on
Have tried resetting
Have tried phoning but not managed to speak to a person.
Can i get some assistance please?

Hi. Yes, it's the Wi-Fi hub model.
Turned off / on again a few times.
The ONT box lighhts all four green lights
The router just flashes.

Hi. I am not at home ( as have no internet) the little box has 4 green lights. It is a small grey box.

Yes, i powered off and left for over 30mins

Hi

 

All looks ok on this side.  Have you powered off the ONT and router for 30 minutes ?

 

Also, can you advise what lights are 'on' on your ONT, are they all green ?

 

Do you have a Nokia ONT ?

Have you tried turning off the router and the small box on the wall (ONT) for 30 minutes as this will reset the session.
