It seems like my other post has been deleted or hidden but Ive had no internet access for 3 weeks because talktalk has put a restriction on the account. Despite the bill being paid. And the following bill also been paid.
I have contacted support and they said they would fix it. But 3 weeks, and numerous talks with support. I am still without internet because of the restriction.
The balance on my account is £0.00. Some representatives say that the bar is lifted then pass me onto a different compartment who then say there is a bar on the account and can see that the bills have been paid and the bar shouldn't be there. But they cannot remove the bar.
It has got to the point where i am now looking at other providers because why should i pay for a service that i cannot use?
I've had problems with talktalk in the past but they have been good and fixed them quickly but this situation. It seems like they don't care.
