So far, it appears to be an outage on the Openreach side.  I've made a note of the reference number here, so I can check this in the morning for you.

A fault has been logged to Openreach for investigation.

 

Notes on the Openreach side are showing this is linked to an infrastructure event - that's Openreach language for an outage.

 

We can check back with Openreach in 24hrs to see if there are any further updates for you.
