Have been without an internet connection since last Wednesday. (1 whole week). As a new customer who moved to Talk Talk on the 4th of December I have had various problems and very little solutions. I am resorting to look for help via this method as Live Chat with either Bots or support staff has proved futile and if by some miracle you actually get to speak to a member of the support team a 90 minute call results in no positive outcome. Please help.

Thanks for the advice. I only started a new topic as my previous one seemed dead. As a soon to be former customer of Talk Talk I am absolutely tired of being messed about by the useless customer service I have been given. All I want is my Full fibre connection up and running. I have spent hours trying in vain. This experience has cost me money has put a massive strain on my personal life and mental health.

@Barry3574, your phone number can be found in My Account, if you can log in there, where your bills are.
It's crucial that you do not post any information in the public thread that could be used by scammers.
It MUST go in the profile area, which you reach by going via your avatar, settings, Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.....
Staff cannot begin to help without this information.

Thank you Debbie for your help so far. I have to leave for work now. I am so disappointed in Talk Talk. It has been a hassle since moving in December. My wife works from home ( normally) but without a connection has had to work from her mothers. My son is currently studying and this is becoming untenable as well. I am under a lot of pressure because of this. I have wasted hours either online or via the phone and gotten no where.. Please look into this matter.

Please can you click on your Community Profile (username) , then click on view manage user settings, then click on personal information, you can then add your account number there (please do not post any personal information on this thread)
Please click the save changes button at the bottom of the page once you have added the information to your profile.
