I’ve paid my bill and my internet service normally boots back up within 30 mins but been a few hours an hasn’t done. Is this because it’s a Sunday and they aren’t open?

Restrictions can take between 2 and 24 hours to remove , you will also need to turn your router off for 30 minutes.

If you have some Mobile data, try Chat, as they are open till 7pm, @Ollie18. Phone support is not available for this on Sundays.
