No internet for a week

Had a brand new router the last time this happened a few months ago and I’ve tried all the tests over and over and yet still not getting anywhere. Can’t speak on the phone to anymore and the messaging service is constantly sitting in a queue for hours!
I have resent the router and just get a flashing amber light, any suggestions? Thank you in advance
