I can't get Internet to work. Router is flashing orange for 2 hours. I have tried to chat with talk talk but non luck.. nobody responds on the chat. Is there any phone number available? Im

If you still need assistance can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

OK, if you would like the support team here to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.

Thank you for you reply. I contacted the chat at around 7pm, but I was left waiting until the end with no reply. It was a litte bit frustrating.  I am not sure about the phone line as I don't have a phone.,  I only use the internet.  I have tried to switch off for quite a while but doesn't seem to work. I am not sure what else to do.

Normal support channels are closed now I'm afraid and won't be available again until 9:00 am tomorrow. Have you tried switching it off for 30 minutes? Any issues with the phoneline?
