I can't get Internet to work. Router is flashing orange for 2 hours. I have tried to chat with talk talk but non luck.. nobody responds on the chat. Is there any phone number available? Im

Thank you for you reply. I contacted the chat at around 7pm, but I was left waiting until the end with no reply. It was a litte bit frustrating. I am not sure about the phone line as I don't have a phone., I only use the internet. I have tried to switch off for quite a while but doesn't seem to work. I am not sure what else to do.

Normal support channels are closed now I'm afraid and won't be available again until 9:00 am tomorrow. Have you tried switching it off for 30 minutes? Any issues with the phoneline?
