Moving internet connection into my property

We are extending our property in York and will need to move our current Fibre internet connection where it enters our building to another location.  I am trying to find out what the process is for requesting this and finding how much it will cost.

Any help and advice appreciated.

I did try the online text chat support but after a lot of passing about they said that TalkTalk don't move the ONT boxes anymore !
