I rang customer support on monday 31st jan 2022 and was told this would be fixed by 1pm. I later did a connection test and it was still down and recieved a text saying an engineer would come in 2-3 days. No engineer came and we still don't have an internet connection and work from home, it's now friday 4th feb 2022. This week has been one of the most important weeks of zoom calls for us and has cost us a lot in mobile data. 

 

Would a cancellation fee occur if I were to terminate my contract in this case or can this be resolved quickly?
