Hello,
nord vpn stopped working this week on the talk talk wifi across all my devices.
The same happened almost exactly a year ago and a firmware update was needed on the sagemcom wifi hub, done by the support team.
But I can’t check the version at the moment because every time I click on advanced settings it brings me back to the home page.
Could someone help with this?

UPDATE - Your router firmware has now updated to V174. This should resolve the firewall issue. Please let us know if you experience any further issues.

i modified the firewall down to medium and i can now connected via nord vpn.
is there a way for it to work while still set to high?

I'm really sorry to hear this.
Your router has the correct firmware version. Could you log into the router and change the firewall to medium and then retest?
