I now have a collection of several pre-fibre TT routers, BT have postal returns service
I would phone or email TT but only contact is the useless robot chat? any suggestions?

@HARRYSMOG, it's always been possible just to ask on here for a prepaid returns label and bag, and they were usually included anyway in the box that your routers came in.
If not, it's not a big deal getting one sent out.
