Occasional issues with FAST 5364 connectivity

My old router was constantly rebooting and I got a replacement FAST 5365 box three of weeks ago (more details here https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Broadband/DG8041W-frequent-resets/m-p/3023076)

The new device works mostly fine, but I did experience a few connection drops since, mostly late evenings. Right now for example the router uptime is 12 days, but it's been online for only 2 days..

More worryingly, I just came home to the 5GHz network not broadcasting, all worked fine this morning. It is enabled on the router, but none of my devices see it. Please see the screenshots attached.

My Ring doorbell also loses connection from time to time, just today I had a few missed movement and one ring without the recording and a message "No video found - front door may have lost connection during this even,t so this video didn't record". I've never experienced it with the old router.

Is there a FW update or some secret config tricks you could try to make it more stable? Thanks in advance.

Sure, I turned it off for a couple of hours today, I'll let you know if there's a difference.

Hi KimJongIl,

Could you switch your router off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes, then switch back on and monitor to see if there are any further problems. Please let us know how you get on
