Openreach visited some 10 days ago & found a fault under the pavement. They were going to snd somebody to dig it up but nobody has appeared.

It seems to me to be a very similar fault that we had last year. Can anybody contact Openreach to find out what is happenning?

There was an update yesterday just confirming that the dig work is required, did anyone contact you from Openreach?

I'm sorry this is taking so long. It's currently in hand with Openreach and dig work is due to commence. I'll check for further updates later
