Good evening,
I ordered our Fibre broadband on 01/12/2021 and our service started on 16th Dec 2021. I was entitled to the £80 gift voucher which was supposed to have been received within 90 days of activation of service - however we have not received it yet. Could you please chase it and help us resolve this problem? (Have added our landline number in profile.)

Please keep an eye on your spam/junkmail folders for an email from giftcloud.
