Hi

I have a d link DSL-3782 router and although it's not a big house, we have a poor signal in one bedroom. Slow to open web pages even and can't do video calls or gaming.

Do we need a newer router or a WiFi extender?

Thanks for any help.

Hi SM3000

Thanks for the Private Message 🙂

The router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

Let us know how the connection compares with this router.

Hi SM3000

No problem 🙂

Please can you send me a Private Message to confirm the name on the account, I can then send the router.

Thanks again.

Normally I would do some diagnostics with you, but your router is old & I think it is best to get it updated first. I will ask TalkTalk to arrange this for you,

After that, if you still have problems, let me know.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - TalkTalk Help & Support
