Hi, I have a pair of Powerline ethernet adapters I got from Talktalk when I upgraded to Fibre back in April 2021. These are Huawei model PT200AV.
The one connected to the modem seems to work fine, when plugged in the Power symbol turns on, and the network icon starts blinking normally. The one connected to the Box when plugged in it does not display any lights, not even the Power symbol. When I press the pair button the Powerline icon (the house) turns on, but nothing happens when I keep the button pressed. Once I stop pressing the light turns off.
This happens even if I plug both adapters next to each other in a power socket.
Resetting both devices does not seem to do anything either.
Please advise on what to do. They have worked flawlessly since April but they suddenly stopped working, and I cannot do anything beyond what I've described. Thanks
