Talk talk emailed me saying they would send me a prepaid envelope to return the router. They have not done this.
I was using the dwp Internet contract and on my account it says contract end Jan 2023. However the service has ended or been blocked/restricted.
I am intending to change broadband providers, will I be able to do this now or do I have to wait until Jan 2023?
The chat service was unable to help, for some reason they changed homework settings.
