Hello,

Just to confirm, it shows that the printer is connected but it won't print? Which router are you using please? (make and model)

Thanks

I’ve had iPhones/ iPads for many years and I hadn’t heard of this until today. The privacy separater is mentioned in the troubleshooting. From what I understand it’s something to do with the router and maybe stopping the printing from linking up.

Thank you for your trouble but I’m going to get a tech guy to come and sort it before I lose any more hair 😂

OK, sorry that didn't help, so can you advise in a bit more detail, please? As a long-standing iPad/iPhone/Apple device user I have never heard of, nor encountered any issues with a "privacy separator."

If you mean the Private Wi-Fi Address setting, you can toggle this on/off: go to Settings > Wi-Fi > tap on the network name.
