Evening all.. I'd like to reinstate my BB service please.. Is this something that can be done here or should I call. I previously had the basic FTTC service ( there is no fibre to the building where I live) .. I don't need a telephone service, just BB.

The only way to reinstate a service that has been disconnected is to reorder via or sales team.

Not possible through the forum, so check best offers in the usual way.

 

There are data only plans available,  with FTTP.

 

FTTC would still include the landline whether you want to use a landline phone or not.

Not sure what you mean by "reinstate?" You can order as a new customer if you wish.
