Thank you. I have updated my personal information. I have already logged this issue with them on New Years Day and have been talking to them most days since with no solution. I just want to talk to a human on the phone and not be directed to chats where I get the same replies from everyone. No one seems to know what they're doing and it's extremely frustrating.
