I have now left Talk Talk and still waiting on instructions and pre-paid label on how to return my old modem. It's been almost a month.. How can I get an update? Phone line hasn't been helpful. I do not want to be charged because Talk Talk has been useless..

Staff will send you a returns bag, @fotstoik. They are back on here from Monday.
