I am moving out and ending my contract on Sept 13th and have been told that the prepaid packaging will be sent to me on that day. But I won’t have access to the property so can the packaging be sent to my new address and then I can take the router with me when I move out and send the router back when I get the packaging at my new address? Otherwise I don’t understand how I can be expected to do this?

I can see the new address in your private notes.  I'll also send a returns bag to your current address now, so you can keep hold of this in case it's needed.

If you go via your name/avatar; settings. There's a drop down menu, @Lowri2.

 

Choose Personal Information for all your current details. 

 

Private Notes is a few boxes further down..... after "Biography". Add the new address there.

 

SAVE CHANGES.

Thanks I was told that wasn’t possible! Where is the Private Notes sorry? Can’t find it - 1st time here!

Staff could send prepaid packaging as soon as you like to the old address, @Lowri2.

 

Check that you have completed details in Personal Information. Add your Talktalk landline number by going via your avatar; settings....

 

If you want the packaging sent to the new address, add that in Private Notes (at the end of the Personal Information area) and SAVE CHANGES.
