Wifi channel wont stay on manually selected channel.
My neighbours wifi is on the same channels and is frequently causing issues with my wifi. A quick scan of local wifi shows 4 - 6 other wifi signals on exactly the same channels; however, when I manually change my wifi channels to an uncrowded frequency it automatically switches back. I read others have had the same issue and you are able to remotely disable wifi channel optimisation on my equipment. If so could you please disable this for me too as it is causing many wifi drops.

Great news, I've been monitoring the signal links to my furthest usable wifi points and being able to switch the channel to a clear area has done the trick. I now have a cleaner and faster signal in all the areas I need with no more drop-outs.
