Router connection keeps going off.

It is 10 months now that the router connection keeps going off, 6 times today 19/09 /2024. We have had a B.T. engineer who could not fix it. Why should we pay for a very poor service???

Hi Michelle, connection has been ok this last 72 hours, keeping the router & phone connected to the test socket with the micro filter for now.

Hi Chris, router and phone connected to test socket with micro filter since yesterday, not used the phone yet. I saw a guy up the telephone pole 10m away yesterday , watch this space.

Sorry to hear that the disconnections are continuing. Line test is passing but I can see that there have been a lot of reconnections over the last few days. DLM changed your profile in the early hours of this morning. How is the telephone line, is there any noise?

Oh dear, disconnection last Wed 11-08am, Fri 3-56pm, 4-03pm. Sat 3-37pm, 6-35pm, 9-12pm, 9-17pm. Sun (yesterday) 1-40am, 11-38am. Ongoing problem since last November 2023.    Joe.

I've passed this back to Openreach as the fault ticket isn't allow me to book an engineer. I'll check for updates later and let you know how we are getting on
