Router fault, service department useless!

I have a Huawei hg633 router. The problem is that it has started to give very slow broadband speed.
If I power it off and on again the speed returns to normal @25g.
I have contacted the service department several times but to no avail. I have to explain to them each time that the incoming speed is ok it's simply the signal out from the router. Each time they try to fix the fault remotely despite me telling them this doesn't work!
The problem clearly lies with the router. The one I have is over 10 years old what do I have to do to get them to send me a replacement?
Any ideas anyone.
