I need your help for the below problem.
I returned the router the very next day in the Talk Talk provided bag with bar code tracker and I keep getting E-mails threatening £50 fine. (see proof of shipping attachments)
Please help to stop this.
It would be nice if the website could include a contact point for all returned equipment problems as this problem appears frequently on the on posts to the community.

This seems to be happening to far too many people, good to see you have kept excellent proof of posting and delivery. The staff here should be able to help with this to ensure you don't get charged, they should hopefully be able to respond within a few working days.
