Have been upgraded to full fibre via City Fibre, how do I dispose of previous router ?

Please can you add your name and TalkTalk account number to your Community Profile, I can then send you a returns bag.

Staff can send you a prepaid returns bag, @JohnDutton, but you need to complete your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar; settings; add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Scroll down to find the SAVE CHANGES button. 

 

Staff reply during the day, Monday to Friday.
