How can I get to speak to a real person about my daily need to restart my Router.
All I get is the Robot that tests the line and Router but never finds the ongoing daily problem?
I spoke with someone who said they were sending out a replacement router a week ago
I am still waiting for one ,,
How do I escalate this problem ???
