Hello
I've been a TalkTalk customer for many years and have had the same HG633 router since joining.
In the last 6 months I've noticed my download speeds regularly drop to around 2Mbps. Restarting the router fixes this, but only temporarily. Is it possible to have a new router provided to fix this, please?
Many thanks

Good morning,
Did you receive a returns bag? If not then please let us know and we can send one out for you.
Thanks
Michelle

If there is a recycling bag included you return the old one via that.
If no bag post back here to get a returns bag or agreement you can recycle yourself.

Do you provide a recycling service for old routers, or should I dispose of it myself?

Hi,
You are in the staff's queue for a response but please note there are reduced working hours over the holiday period.
For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
Please post back when done.
Thank you
