Sagecom Fast 5364 port forwarding and vpn issue

I have been having alot of issues since the recent formware update on our router.

I am no longer able to forward any ports to local machines on my network or connect to any vpn connections.

 

I had no issues with this before but now even after factory resetting my router and every possible fault finding exercise i can think of my router will not allow me to forward any ports or connect to a vpn.

Afternoon Debbie thank you for you prompt reply to my issue. that will be fine thank you your help is much appreciated.

i am assuming my router will reboot itself once the firmware has been changed.
