New equipment due 26/8, engineer was booked for 27/8. Engineer turned up without notice 14/8. Email today says Fibre 65 broadband service is now live but account continues to say equipment due 26/8, engineer 27/8. So service is live but I have no router or tv box!!! Help please.

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
