Why am  I still paying Shell Energy but getting a Talk Talk bill?

Your account has been with us for nearly 4 months, If Shell are Still taking payments, please call us as Keith has advised and ask to speak to the Shell Migration team

Shell Energy questions cannot be answered on this forum as of yet. Please call the main service centre on 0345 172 0088 and speak to the Shell migration team.

 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
