Slow Download & Upload Speed

Problem: very slow Downloads & Uploads and Facetime Video Calls have picture break up.

Talk Talk Connection test run several times from three different iPads.

Reports: Speed to Router 39Mbps = Good, Download & Upload typically 13 and 8 Mbps  respectively = Poor.

Router unplugged for 20 minutes, then reconnected and retested. Test then shows Download & Upload 34 and 8 Mbps respectively = Good.

However after a couple of hours the speeds fall back to the Poor level.

Thanks for for updating your Community Profile.

The line tests are clear - No faults detected and the line is in sync at just under 40mb.

Do you experience this issue on wired devices too?
