Hi,
Today the Internet speed has dropped to around 5Mbps. I have carried our the usual checks, rebooted router, re-seated all cables etc. I carried out the TalkTalk speed test, which revealed that speed to the router was fine, but the speed from the router to the devices was degraded.
I did notice the Firmware release is SG4K100158. Is this anything to do with the issue? I have noticed some degradation in speed over the pass week, but today it is virtually unusable on the PC, and totally unusable for streaming on the TV.
I would be grateful if you could get me back to running at full speed as soon as possible please.

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault and the sync speed looks ok. Please can you try powering down the router for a full 30 minutes and then run another speed test please as this will reset the current session and can often increase the throughput speeds.
