Slow internet

My internet is being really slow or loses connection I’ve tried disconnecting and connecting it back and I’ve tried restarting it all but nothing working !

Have you tried powering down the router for a full 30 minutes?

Speed test on the pc also says normal

Hi
If you run a speed test from the PC, what speeds do you get.
If you just type speedtest into google, it will let you run a speedtest from there.

The pc as never affected the internet before and the internet is slow even when the pc is off

I checking the download speeds through the eero app on my phone and says everything is fine but when I’m watching something either on my phone or tv it keeps stopping
my partners pc is connected to the router

Hi
Line tests are clear at the moment. Are you using Wi-Fi when checking your download speed or do you have anything wired directly to the router, a laptop or PC etc ?
