I'm sorry for the delay. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault. Does your main socket have a test socket please?

@StanStan1, if you do a test in My Connection (go via Service Status Dashboard) what does the result show to your router and to your devices?

 

What does the graph for the past week indicate as your line's minimum guaranteed speed? 

 

What package are you on?
