I have a Talk Talk Super Router (HG635) that lost connection to the internet today. When I rebooted it the only light that came back on is a solid red LED for power. All the other lights are off, and the wifi network is no longer broadcasting. I've tried rebooting the router a number of times, and I've also tried pressing the reset button at the back for 30 seconds but the box does nothing, which makes me think it is no longer working. Is that correct? I urgently need wifi this week to work from home, so it would be great to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Thanks for responding late on a Sunday, Ferguson. Yes, the voice service is fine and I'm pretty sure it's not the cables. The router should be broadcasting a wifi signal even when it is disconnected, right? I was going to try entering its IP address in my browser but I couldn't even get a signal.

Is all OK with the voice service? Have you tried connecting the router at the test socket? It is getting on a bit, to be fair.
