Hi - I have contacted Talk Talk support several times with regards to this problem. Essentially, I have set the SSID channel manually for the 2.4Ghz and the 5Ghz channels. However, overnight this continues to revert to the ‘default’ channel (1). When looking at the router logs I can see that ‘channel hopping’ has been initiated remotely some how which changes the channel, despite being manually being configured by me and subsequently Talk Talk support. This causes connectivity issues as results in being reverted to a congested channel. The 5Ghz channel does not appear to behave in this manner. I would be grateful for any help in resolving this.
