TALK TALK ROUTER DROPPING CONNECTION EVERY HOUR For the past week

My internet keeps dropping every hour it has been like this all week now I have a feeling that my router might be broke as the stand snapped last week and it has dropped a few times. I have had no luck getting in touch with online support due to not being able to connect to the internet or by phone I really need some advice or help
