We’ve found that posting in someone else’s conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.

Router has been broken for a while now fed up with chatting on line I am getting nowhere was told before Easter weekend router has been sent out have not received, going to cancel and switch to sky trying to speed to a person is nearly impossible not happy with customer service

for the past week I have had internet ten minutes at a time and that’s not long enough to get in touch with online support

What issues are you experiencing? Are there no lights on your router?
